If you’re a homo sapien (hint: you are), you probably have at least one or two bad habits that you’d like to get rid of. It’s weird though–it seems like you can acknowledge that you dont like the habits, so shouldn’t that make it substantially easier to get rid of them? If you’re a little frustrated with that thought, then keep reading. I’ll give you an example of a habit I broke and a few strategies I used to do it.
